Why, do I almost always have this message appear when making a post? I often get logged out, and often give up. This is the only forum it happens on. |

if it takes you too long to write your post it just thinks you up and left. you should just be able to click the submit button again and it puts up your post. i get it on any forum that uses this same software or looks like this one. _________________ my gallery (all spi):

Bob its normal if you wait to long to hit the submit button, just hit it again like Jim said and it will submit your post.. No big deal
I finally broke down and started using mozilla Firefox instead of Internet explorer and my surfing problems have went away..
I still like the way IE is set up compared to MFF.. I think firefox looks kind of cheap, but hey I dont have the problems I was having all the time so I have just stuck with it _________________ King Of Bondo

No, slow speed, that's not my problem. I can type a post in seconds and hit submit and I get the message or it kicks me off. If I click the submit button repeatedly really fast 50 times sometimes it will stick-sometimes not. Maybe a virus? |

Go to your Cookie folder and delete the SPI forumup cookie and log back in.
I had the same issue as well as the Forbidden page when I tried to post some replys. Fixed it so far.
This was at work and we just downgraded to Mcafee and I believe it had something to do with it.I need to 86 it and get AVG or something else. It's almost as bad as Norton.
I use AVG at home and have had no problem at all. |
